PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
What are your products made of?
The rails, fore-grip, butt-stock and brace are 3D printed in PET-CF, a carbon-fiber-reinforced material chosen for its strength and heat resistance. The MLOK bayonet lug is printed in 17-4 stainless steel for strength and toughness.
Do you offer other colors?
Not right now. Every printed part comes in Black. The bayonet mount is raw bead blasted steel.
Do you keep items in stock, or are they made to order?
I try to keep things in stock. I have fast printers but they can only do so much. Set up notifications and you’ll get an email as soon as I’ve re-stocked.
Why does it look like a beaver chewed up the inside of the rails?
Everything I design takes into account printability. Sometimes the print orientation that is needed for maximum strength of the parts requires support structures that are later hand removed and cleaned up. Better to have them on the inside where they will never be seen again vs the outside whenever possible. Rest assured, the parts will look great when installed on the gun and the inside finish does not affect the function. No beavers were harmed in the making of these parts.
FITMENT & INSTALLATION
Do I need special tools or hardware to install these?
No. The 2.5mm and 3mm wrenches you need for install are in the box with every part I sell, so there is nothing extra to buy. I designed the rail to be the same screw length as your factory screws so you could use them if needed (you’ll need a 3/32″ wrench to remove them – NOT INCLUDED), but the rail will come with new metric screws. MLOK accessories come with the MLOK hardware included and ready to mount.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. I ship to domestic U.S. addresses only.
How is shipping calculated?
It is not. Shipping is a flat $10 per order to any domestic U.S. address, Alaska and Hawaii included. One part or a complete kit, the price is the same. Personally I can’t stand surprise high shipping rates and I’ll lose a few bucks for most orders but this keeps things simple and fair.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Applicable state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is not open on the site yet. When it opens I will take major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Authorize.net.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, minus the original shipping cost. Items should be unused and in original condition. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
What if a part fails or breaks?
Every part comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Send a picture of the problem to support@dandesignsthings.com and a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. You do not need to send the broken part back, and you do not pay for shipping. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
