SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat $10 per order to any domestic U.S. address, sent via USPS, Alaska and Hawaii included. One part or a complete kit, the price is the same. I do not ship internationally.
All products are kept in stock, so orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase.
Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times come from USPS and are not guaranteed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, email me at info@dandesignsthings.com and we will work it out.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item purchase price.
Email me with your order number and the reason for the return.
I will confirm and send instructions for getting the item back to me.
Once it arrives unused and in original condition, I refund your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility.
WARRANTY
Every part I make is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a part fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, I will send you a free replacement. No charge for the part, and no charge for the shipping.
Take a picture of the problem.

A replacement ships to you free of charge. Keep the broken part.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product intended purpose.
